Shell Games and Shadow Justice: Why Elites Like Comey Never Pay the Price

These last couple of days have seen an outcry for accountability for government officials in the wake of James Comey’s tweet of the now-infamous seashells on the beach. For those living under a rock, or under the sea, Comey claims that while on one of his walks on the beach, he came across this “interesting formation” of seashells that somehow spelled out “86 47,” and he thought he would post it on social media. In case you didn’t know, “86” is a common term for getting rid of something. “47” is, of course, the number representing President Trump’s current term as the president. Now that we’ve caught up, a huge backlash has taken place and when called on it, Comey claims that he didn’t know that it meant to get rid of, Deep-6, File-13, Circular File, eliminate, throw out, dispose of, ditch, and most recently in TV pop culture, “Take him to the train station.”

All of you know what the term means, but somehow this slipped by the former director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a lawyer, the former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, and Deputy US Attorney General, a graduate of the College of William & Mary, and who received his law degree from the University of Chicago. But “I didn’t know.” Once the scandal broke, he took down the post and said mea culpa, absolving himself of any responsibility. Of course, the Secret Service took him for a drive, not the kind the Mob would take you, but for an “interview” to find out what he meant by posting this. I and many of you have to call bull shit on this.

Now, many people all over social media are calling for him to be arrested, as well as high-ranking officials in Trump’s cabinet and republicans in Congress. Comey said he “came across’ these shells on the beach, he didn’t say he made them to read that, at least not yet, but I don’t believe he’ll admit to it. Remember his background. Illegal? Perhaps, perhaps not. Bad form? All the way, but remember that Trump fired him, so he does have a bone to pick.

Folks, he is never going to be charged with threatening President Trump, even though Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, Tulsi Gabbard, and a host of politicians and conservative media pundits are calling for that. So let’s stop saying he needs to be held accountable because he, like so many others, won’t be.

How many times have you seen someone in government at those levels held accountable for anything? It is so rare that you may as well say you saw Bigfoot. Let’s go over some for posterity’s sake and a walk down Memory Lane. Hillary Clinton: The Russian Dossier, the scrubbed laptop of 30,000 emails, Pay for Play in the Clinton Foundation, Uranium to Russia, etc. Nancy Pelosi: refusing the National Guard for the January 6th demonstration, alleged insider trading, her role in covering up President Biden’s physical condition, and his removal from the ticket. Chuck Schumer: calling for retribution against the conservative Supreme Court justices and his role in the Biden cover-up and ouster. Maxine Waters: calling for the harassment of republicans “wherever you find them.” Remember that one? Eric Swalwell: banging a Chinese spy. Really? And how about all of the so-called sanctuary state and city elected officials obstructing ICE officers from collecting illegal immigrants by forbidding their respective police forces and corrections departments from notifying them. Why aren’t they charged with obstruction of federal law?

How about the state and federal prosecutors who now have criminal scandals of their own after endlessly going after Trump with made-up crimes? How about the Epstein files? Where is the list of people involved with this POS? I’m sure there are some government officials and the rich & famous in there. Too bad he hanged himself while everyone was watching. Don’t know how that slipped by the watchful eyes of Corrections. Let’s move on to the JFK Assassination. Where are those complete files? If anyone was actually involved in this and is still alive, and I believe they are, no matter how old they are, they should be arrested and sent to prison for the remainder of their lives, but will they? RFK and MLK? Same thing.

And let’s not forget about the Big Guy and his POS son Hunter and all of the shit they’ve “allegedly” pulled. The monies received from Russia and China, and Ukraine, and who knows what others. How about getting down to the bottom of all of those pardons, 26, and 1500 commuted sentences, all in one day! Who actually did that with the now-infamous Autopen? We know Biden didn’t do that or wasn’t even aware of it. And while we’re at it, who was running the government, and who conspired to remove Biden after the disastrous debate?

You see how there are so many of these protected elites in our government and business, and entertainment that will never be held to account for what they’ve done or even investigated. I want what many of you want, to see these individuals arrested, convicted, given an orange jumpsuit and a Martha Stewart 6×8 cell, and in the cases where it’s just “unethical behavior” in government, removed from their positions, but this too rarely happens. I like and support Attorney General Pam Bondi, Secretary Kristi Noem, Border Czar Tom Homan, and many of our other leaders in Congress and federal law enforcement, but I don’t want to hear them say that if you break the law, “you are going to be held accountable.” Stop saying it and just do it. If it was anyone else below these levels, like me or you or some poor schmuck out there, we would be visited by the Men in Black and off we go for that “drive” to some black-site or the federal pen.

So, everyone, just stop saying you’re going to do it and do it. And all of those out there who believe that these people will get the justice and punishment they deserve, just stop posting cute memes with seashells that say “Comey is going to jail.” It ain’t happening, at least not now…
